This may be the end. Sherie says she quit and she may take David with her so that would do it. But a new Blue Lipps may rise from the ashes.
On the bright side (?), got a playlist from Gi Dussault, of "The Upper Room with Joe Kelley" in Fairfield, Connecticut. They played the instrumental "Introduction" from our CD.

Gigs are coming back. Check out the Upcoming Gigs page.
We've been having a lot of fun practicing, finally getting used to the foursome. I'm building my ego up and playing a lot more lead guitar and have written some new tunes.
Got a request for a CD from Gi Dussault, Co-Host & Co-Producer of a radio show called "The Upper Room with Joe Kelley"
on WVOF FM (and also webcast) in Fairfield, Connecticut. Also got a request from Dragan Stajic of Radio FEDRA in Serbia and Montenegro (formerly Yugoslavia). Will send them copies.

Taking time off to work on new material and new arrangements of old material without Harry, but gigs should start up again in March and hopefully we'll be doing some festivals this summer.
Got a playlist from Buenos Aires and the "Good Time Blues" radio show letting us know one of our tunes got some airplay. Of course it was one of Harry's.

Guitarist Harry Pluth parted ways with the band in mid October. So gigs will be scarce for a spell while we work up new arrangements. Stay tuned.

Gigs seem to have fallen off the face of the earth with the economy, but we have been practicing and learning some new material. Next gig is two nights in a row at the Clayton Club.
Our CD "Too Much Blue" came out on July 9, 2002 and is now available online from CDBaby, CDStreet, and Amazon.
CDBaby sold one copy to a fellow in England, so now we can say that we are "internationaly known."
One song from our CD, "You're In My Past," appeared on the Oasis Blues Compilation Vol. 5. that was sent out to various radio stations and promoters across the US. WYSO Public Radio in Yellow Springs, Ohio liked the song so much they asked for a copy of the whole CD.
